Responsibilities:
• Process customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments accurately.
• Handle cash responsibly and ensure proper balancing of cash at the end of each business day.
• Verify customer identification and transaction documents in line with bank policies.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on bank products and services.
• Identify customer needs and refer sales opportunities to relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation.
• Detect and report suspicious or fraudulent transactions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, KYC, AML, and other regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers at all times.
• Support branch operations and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Previous banking or cash-handling experience is an added advantage.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily transaction targets.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with banking applications.
