Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Duties
• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security and access procedures.
• Handle correspondence, deliveries, and courier services.
Administrative Duties
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments.
• Prepare reports, memos, and other office documentation as required.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for staff and management.
• Support HR and finance functions with basic administrative tasks such as onboarding documentation and record keeping.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,000.00 – ₦200,000.00 per month
