Lab IT Deskside Support Specialist
A company is looking for an Associate IT Systems Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities :
Build and maintain relationships with Lab Owners, IT Teams, and Management
Update the physical inventory of lab equipment, PCs, and software
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure a seamless migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11
Required Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in deskside support or lab IT, or 3+ years with an Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
Experience with Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration, including imaging and validating PCs
Ability to troubleshoot Lab IT desktop technology issues
Experience in Lab / R&D / Scientific / Clinical environments preferred, but not required
